What this site stores, and what it does not

Written in plain language, because the law exists to protect the visitor, not to hide what is done.

Visit counting identifies no one

Each visit records five things only: date and time, which page was opened, the domain the visitor came from, the browser language and the screen width. The IP address is not stored, and we use no analytics cookies and no third party tools. That is why this site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The contact form

Whatever you write in the form (name, e-mail, company, country, volume sought and message) is sent by e-mail to contato@cafedfamilia.com.br and is used only to reply to you and to carry the business forward. We do not sell, rent or pass these details to anyone, and we send no unsolicited mail.

To hold back spam robots, the server keeps for up to one hour a hashed number derived from the IP address, only to count attempts. It does not allow anyone to be identified and is not used for anything else.

What this site does NOT have

  • No tracking cookies.
  • No social network or advertising pixels.
  • No font, script or map loaded from a third party server: everything is served from here, so your visit is not reported to another company.

WhatsApp and Instagram

The WhatsApp and Instagram buttons take you outside, where those companies' rules apply, not ours. Until you click, nothing is sent to them.

Your rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) you may ask at any time for confirmation, access, correction or deletion of the data you sent, by writing to contato@cafedfamilia.com.br. We reply to the same address that wrote to us.

Images and video

The photographs and videos on this site are of our own coffee fields, in the Alta Mogiana, and are protected by copyright. Every file carries its authorship inside it. Use, reproduction or distribution without written permission is forbidden.
